In case anyone was wondering, I’m not dead. Nothing of the sort. Wow, February 22 was my last entry. It really has been awhile. How long is that..? Feb, Mar, Apr, June… almost 3 months, I guess. That’s like a quarter of a year. Wait a minute… Feb, Mar, Apr, May, June… 4 months! I knew I forgot something. That’s like.. a third of a year! Wow. Fascinating. I guess I really have lost interest in maintaining this site. Though I have seemingly lost interest, I have no intention of closing the site, or even of not renewing the domain come July or August or whenever it expires. I guess I like having a spot on the net, just in case.

So what’s new with me? Let’s see here. I was elected as Male President for next year at my school. The Female President elected is actually a long time friend. We’ve been going to school together since Kindergarten, so I guess both of us being presidents in our final year of high school will be an interesting way of ending the 12 or 13 years together. It’s kind of sad to think of it that way, so I won’t.

Speaking of schooling, I still don’t have much of an idea of what I want to do after high school. I definitely want to do something with audio. I’m torn between studio recording and live sound. Both I think have their strong and weak points. Working in a studio would likely mean working in the same place and not moving around a lot, whereas live sound would likely mean touring around and whatnot. If and when I finally do make up my mind between the two, I’m not too sure of where to go from there. I guess this is where the councelors at school would come in handy. I’ve actually be meaning to setup a meeting with one of them for the past few months. I should really get to that.

The school year seems to be coming to an end rather quickly. A week and a half left of classes and then 5 days of exams follows to end off the year. I wish my marks were quite a bit higher, but there’s not too much I can do about that at this point. I have been hearing about that and I’m sure I’ll continue hearing about that from my parents endlessly. I’m not overly excited about this school year ending.

I think that’s about all. I’m not going to write the cliched close of saying that hopefully I’ll write here more frequently because I don’t honestly have much of an intention at this point of doing that. I’ll write again when I do. :) See you soon.
